These Terms & Conditions apply to all trips and services booked with Viajar Para Marrocos. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms. We aim to keep everything clear and fair, so you know exactly what to expect before you travel.

01.Bookings & Payments

A deposit paid by credit card confirms your booking.

All trips and services are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit.
We accept payment by credit card. The deposit amount, the total price of your trip and the date by which the remaining balance must be paid are stated in the itinerary we send you before you book.
The price of your trip is the price confirmed in writing in your itinerary. Anything not listed as included in your itinerary is not included in the price.

02.Cancellations & Refunds

Costs already paid for your trip cannot be refunded; anything not yet paid is returned.

If you need to cancel, please tell us in writing by email or WhatsApp as early as possible.
When you cancel, any amounts we have already paid on your behalf for your trip, such as hotel bookings, desert camps, transport and other reservations, cannot be refunded.
Any part of your payment that has not yet been paid out for your trip will be refunded to you.

03.Changes to Itineraries

Routes may sometimes need to change; we will always look for a suitable alternative.

We may need to adjust your itinerary because of weather, road conditions, local circumstances or other events beyond our control. When this happens we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.
If you would like to change your itinerary after booking, contact us. We will try to accommodate your request subject to availability, and we will confirm any additional costs with you before making the change.

04.Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included. We recommend you take out your own policy.

Travel insurance is not included in our trips.
We recommend that every traveler takes out travel insurance before traveling to Morocco, ideally covering medical expenses, trip cancellation and personal belongings.

05.Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for your travel documents and entry requirements.

Each traveler is responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa or other documents required to enter Morocco, and for checking the entry requirements that apply to their nationality.
Please tell us before booking about any medical condition, mobility needs or dietary requirements that may affect your trip, so we can plan accordingly.
During the trip, travelers are expected to respect local laws and customs and to follow the reasonable guidance of their driver and guides.

06.Use of Website

Website content belongs to Viajar Para Marrocos.

All content on this website, including text and images, belongs to Viajar Para Marrocos or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Information on the website is provided in good faith and may change. The details confirmed in your personal itinerary take precedence over general information on the website.

07.Limitation of Liability

We plan every trip with care, but cannot be responsible for events beyond our control.

We take care in planning and arranging every trip. Hotels, desert camps and some other services are provided by independent suppliers.
Viajar Para Marrocos is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay or additional costs arising from events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural events, strikes, government action or changes to flights.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

08.Changes to These Terms

The version of these terms in force when you book applies to your trip.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you confirm your booking applies to your trip.
