  • This website, viajarparamarrocos.com, is operated by Viajar Para Marrocos, a travel agency registered in Morocco and based in Marrakech, owned by Ana Rebocho. We plan private tours throughout Morocco.

Only the information you send us, plus basic technical data.

  • When you contact us through a form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the trip details you choose to share, such as travel dates, number of travelers, trip type, interests and your message.
  • When you book a trip: the information needed to arrange it, such as the names of the travelers, arrival and departure details, and any dietary, health or mobility needs you decide to tell us about so we can plan accordingly. We only use this sensitive information with your consent and only to organize your trip.
  • When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the website working.

To answer you and to organize your trip.

  • To reply to your questions and send you itinerary proposals and quotes.
  • To arrange, confirm and manage your booking, including payments, and to support you before and during your trip.

05.Who We Share Data With

Only with those who need it to deliver your trip.

  • Travel suppliers in Morocco who provide the services in your itinerary, such as hotels, riads, desert camps, drivers and guides. We only share what each supplier needs, for example the names of travelers and dates of stay.
  • Service providers that help us run our business: our website hosting provider, our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there, and the payment provider that processes card payments.
  • Authorities, only when we are legally required to.

06.International Transfers

Your trip happens in Morocco, so some data goes there.

  • Because your trip takes place in Morocco, which is outside the European Union, we share the details needed for your trip with suppliers in Morocco. We do this because it is necessary to provide the trip you have requested.
  • Some of our service providers, such as Google and Meta, may also process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards.

07.How Long We Keep Your Data

No longer than necessary.

  • Messages and trip requests are kept only as long as needed to answer you and plan your trip.
  • Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we are legally required to keep it.

08.Cookies and Third-Party Content

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

  • This website does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
  • A small functional cookie may be used to remember your preferred language.
  • Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and the website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When these load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
  • If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

You stay in control of your data.

  • You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

  • Our processing of personal data is subject to Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for travelers in the European Union, to the GDPR. You have the right to complain to the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP) or to the data protection authority in your country.
