Your private driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel in the center of Casablanca, where you can rest after your flight.

Once settled, visit the Hassan II Mosque on the edge of the Atlantic, with its towering minaret and intricate details, then walk the Corniche and stop for mint tea at a seafront café. In the evening, we can book a table at one of the city's best restaurants (not included).

You leave early for Rabat, the capital. Walk through the Kasbah of the Udayas, with its blue and white lanes and Andalusian gardens above the Atlantic, then see the Hassan Tower, the unfinished 12th-century minaret, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.

Then you cross the hills of the Rif to Chefchaouen, the Blue Pearl of Morocco, arriving in the late afternoon. After checking into your luxury riad, spend the evening around Outa el-Hammam square with mint tea and dinner at one of the town's best restaurants (not included).

After breakfast at your riad, a local guide walks you through the blue medina, then to Outa el-Hammam square and the Kasbah museum, with views from its tower. There is no driving today.

At midday a local family welcomes you into their home for lunch: tagine, couscous and freshly baked bread, with stories about daily life in Chefchaouen. In the afternoon you visit the Ras El-Ma spring, where locals come to relax by the water, and can browse the artisan shops of the medina.

After breakfast you drive to Volubilis, a UNESCO-listed Roman city, for a private guided visit of its mosaics, temples and arches.

In Meknes, the imperial city of Sultan Moulay Ismail, you see Bab Mansour and Lahdim square, have lunch in a local restaurant (not included), and visit the Heri es-Souani granaries and stables and, when open, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. You reach Fes in the evening for dinner at your riad (not included).

Your private guide starts the day at the Merenid Tombs, with views over Fes el-Bali, one of the largest car-free urban areas in the world, then leads you into the souks of leather, pottery and textiles.

You see the Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in 859 and one of the oldest universities in the world, and the Bou Inania Madrasa, with its zellige and carved wood. After a lunch of pastilla and harira (not included), you watch the dyers at work from a terrace above the Chouara tannery, then stroll the medina at your own pace.

You leave Fes early for Ifrane, the Switzerland of Morocco, then stop in the cedar forest near Azrou to watch the Barbary macaques. You cross the Middle Atlas and follow the Ziz Valley, where you stop in a date-farming village to learn how the palm groves are tended.

In the late afternoon you reach Merzouga and set off on a private camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset. At your luxury desert camp you are welcomed with Berber hospitality, dinner under the stars and live music around the campfire.

Wake up for sunrise over the dunes and have a Berber breakfast at the camp, then ride your camel back to the edge of the dunes. You visit a nomad family to share tea and learn how they live in the desert, then Khamlia, for a live Gnawa performance blending African, Berber and Islamic spiritual rhythms, and a lunch of medfouna, the Berber stuffed bread.

In the afternoon you explore Erg Chebbi by 4x4, with hidden oases, desert plateaus and wide viewpoints, and try sandboarding down the dunes. You end the day at a luxury riad in Merzouga, with a pool in the middle of the desert.

You leave the Sahara for the Todra Gorge, where sheer rock walls close in around the river; take a short walk in the canyon. Then you drive the Dades Valley, with its escarpments and kasbahs.

After lunch in the Dades Valley (not included), you visit a cooperative in the Rose Valley around Kelaa M'Gouna to see how rose water and oils are distilled. You arrive in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon and enjoy dinner at your luxury hotel.

In the morning you take a guided tour of the Atlas Film Studios, one of the largest film studios in the world, where sets from films such as Gladiator still stand. Then you explore Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar of earthen alleys that has also appeared in Game of Thrones, and climb to the top for the views.

Then you cross the High Atlas on the Tizi n'Tichka pass and reach Imlil, a mountain village at the foot of Mount Toubkal, in the late afternoon. A local Berber family welcomes you into their home for a home-cooked dinner and stories by the fire.

After breakfast with your Berber hosts, you drive down from the High Atlas through the argan groves and stop near Chichaoua at an argan oil cooperative to learn how the oil is made by hand, and buy it at the source.

In Essaouira you check into your luxury riad, then explore the UNESCO-listed medina, walk the Skala de la Ville ramparts with their old cannons, watch the fishermen at the port and stroll along the beach. In the evening, enjoy a seafood dinner at one of the town's best restaurants (not included).

Enjoy a slow morning in Essaouira: browse galleries and boutiques in the medina, walk on the beach, and have a seafood lunch facing the Atlantic (not included).

After lunch your private driver takes you to Marrakech, about 2.5 hours away, arriving in the late afternoon at your luxury riad. The evening is free to relax or take a first walk in the medina.

With your private guide you visit the 19th-century Bahia Palace, with its courtyards, mosaics and gardens, and the 16th-century Saadian Tombs, rediscovered in 1917. You admire the Koutoubia Mosque and its gardens from outside, then explore the souks of spices, textiles and ceramics.

A highlight of the day is the Jardin Majorelle, with its exotic plants, blue buildings and fountains, once owned by Yves Saint Laurent. In the evening, we can book a rooftop dinner above Jemaa el-Fna (not included).

Today is yours. Revisit Jemaa el-Fna or the Bahia Palace, walk through the Mellah, the historic Jewish quarter, or spend time in a spa with a hammam and an argan oil massage. You can also take a sunrise hot-air balloon flight with views of the Atlas.

Shop for carpets, leather and jewelry in the souks, and your driver can help carry your purchases. Have lunch on a rooftop, relax by the pool at your riad, and end with a sunset dinner.
